We like to have our teeth clean and good looking. There are few ways to do that and I'm going to tell what you need to have bright smile and clean teeth.
Most important factor is of course your toothbrush. Use it often and use it well. There are electric rotary brushes that are not only clean your teeth but also give a massage to your gums. To clean your teeth start brushing near gums in circular movements with a 45 degree between brush and teeth. Then sweep from top to the bottom ( upper jaw) and from bottom to top (lower jaw).
Mouthwash (also known as mouth rinse) is a fluid that will enhance oral hygiene. Mouth rinse contains fluoride for prevention of tooth decay. It also helps to clean mouth and remove food particles in deeper parts, down to the throat. Most of them are strongly flavored and help to refresh the breath.
Chew a gum! Of course sugar less, otherwise it won't do any good. It will be nice if the gum contains a xylitol. Xylitol is natural sugar alcohol which help to strengthen enamel and reduce the number of bacteria in mouth. Chewing a gum increases production of saliva which help to protect our mouth from bacteria and get rid of plaque. Don't use it for longer than 10 minutes as it can cause muscle overgrown.
Using a toothpick is a good way to clean spaces between teeth when eating out.
It perform the same function as dental floss. Don't use it in front of other people :) Are higher priced toothpaste better? Yes, they are. Aside of fluoride they also contain calcium and potassium chloride for better protection of teeth. They also take better care of our gum. If you have dryness in mouth after brushing, check out the ingredients on the back of your toothpaste. Many use sweetener like sorbitol which is the cause.
If you are looking for a new toothbrush I suggest you to check my review of and get a good toothbrush for a decent price. See my 30 second smile review at http://my30secondsmilecritic.com
